Vasilis Konstantinidis is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens, and did postgraduate studies in commercial and labour law (Department of Private Law II), specializing in groups of businesses.
He began his career as a lawyer in 1992 and in 1997 joined the Legal Department of I. Boutaris and Son Holding SA, moving up to department head in 2004. In 2006, he became Head of the Legal Department at Mythos Breweries SA.
Since February 2010, he has also been responsible for Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Mythos Breweries, while working on international projects for the Carlsberg Group.
He is currently a member of the Dispute Resolution Experts Team of the Carlsberg Group.
