Nanometrisis software is developed using the mathematical methodology developed in the team, to measure the geometrical and morphological characteristics (dimensions, shape, roughness, etc.) of micro and nano structures. Such structures may be produced during microelectronic processing, and from every nanotechnology processing on any material.
