Manolis Koutlis is a Computer and IT Engineer with a PhD in computer science (University of Patras – Dept. of Computer Engineering and Informatics). From 1985 to 2002, he worked in various positions (System Administrator, R&D Engineer, Research Unit Manager) at the Computer Technology Institute and Press (CTI), working on Educational Technology and Geographical Information Systems.
He then moved on to found Talent IT SA, where he has been working since 2003 as Managing Director with responsibilities for project management and business development. In the course of his career, he has managed projects with a total value of over €30m. He specializes in GIS/Geo-Information Systems, Location Based Services, Geo-spatial Databases and Educational Technology.
